Sample Compare Contrast Essay - Writing OneWith sample compare contrast essay middle school students can do a lot of things. They can practice for the state test and also be preparing for college essays they will have to write. Before writing an essay, the students should know what is to come. It is usual that a first grade student will write a sample essay for comparison to the professor. After the student has already had the opportunity to read the sample compare essay, he/she will be ready to go and produce a quality essay. In middle school students will also be required to write essays on the same topic. For example a topic for the comparison essay could be about the weather in Florida this week. Students should really put some thought into this particular topic and find something that is relevant to the topic on which the teacher is giving a quiz.It will help to know that many teachers will be impressed with students who are able to put together a highly interesting and compelling essay on their own. Teachers are no longer allowing students to use academic programs as a crutch. Therefore, writing skills alone should not be the standard in an essay.Students should look into other people who are writing in this area for ideas. By doing so, they will have a more in depth look at what is expected of them. By comparing their essay to others it will make them a better writer. It will be important for middle school students to understand that writing must be an exercise and it is not a skill that they are going to acquire in a short time. Teachers may give them hints that they are on the right track but they cannot be told 'just do it'. To become a skilled writer, the students must practice and continue to learn. Students should keep in mind that they are not going to become a great writer overnight.Middle school students can write what they want as long as it is meaningful. However, there is no such thing as writing the perfect essay. For that reason, students must be able to come up with interesting content that makes sense to them.It is important for them to be aware that average middle school students can do more than just read. They should be able to think creatively, they should be able to express themselves, and they should be able to think on their feet. Many students cannot do all three of these things.
